Company Values

We live in a time in human history in which all kinds of changes (social, economic, technological, ecological and even geopolitical) are taking place at a quicker pace than ever before. We even have the feeling that this speed will never stop increasing.

For this reason, in 1987, at AMES we thought it necessary to compile all our beliefs as a company within a formal document: these would be some firm and solid values, which would remain unchanged over time and which would define us as a company and as the people who work in it, acting as a guide and reference for us in the event that the fast changes around us might cause us to loose our direction. Thus, the first version of our Company Principles came into existence, together with the Total Quality Decalogue, a concept that was starting to be considered at that time among the companies concerned with achieving “excellence”.

The Principles of AMES define our culture and what we think should be done in order to be a model company, viewed from the inside as well as the outside. They make AMES a strong company in the future, where all our members could go to work knowing that they would be able to achieve personal and professional fulfilment in a friendly and technologically advanced work environment, where they would find a company that looked towards the future, eager and motivated, but with its feet firmly on the ground.

We also wanted these values to be perceived by our customers, who shoud feel confident that when buying our products and hiring our services, they will receive the best possible treatment and the best quality and technology products at the most competitive price.
