Our customers are companies made up of people. Customer Service means meeting, resolving and respecting customers’ needs and expectations in the broadest possible sense.

AMES has a wide network of Service Centers with the aim to provide Customers with a Service as close as possible to their location:

■ 8 Centers of Sales Technical Service in Europe (Spain, Switzerland and Italy), North and South America (the USA, Mexico and Brazil) and Asia (Japan and China).

■ 5 Distribution Centers located strategically in different geographical markets: Barcelona (Spain), Szentgotthárd (Hungary), Lancaster (PA, USA), Monterrey (Mexico) and Wanzhi District (China).

■ A picking system for standard SELFOIL^® bearings and standard AmesPore^® filters in the logistics centers in Spain and Mexico, which allows delivery to be made within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s order.

■ A wide range of distribution and supply platforms in several countries, where the logistics management is performed using the most advanced data exchange systems (EDI, EDIFACT).

This network enables to give Service and Attention to more than 1,000 AMES customers located in over 50 countries on 5 continents.

All Centers are staffed by professional people who have the extensive training and technical knowledge required to respond to all of our customers needs, of whatever type:

■ Sales services: quotations, invoicing, pricing, catalogs, visits.

■ Technical development of new projects: analysis of drawings and designs, feasibility studies, co-design.

■ Technical support: change management, technical studies, re-design, finite element method (FEM) analysis, functional testing, documentation, reports, cost improvements.

■ Logistical information: orders reception and tracking, status of shipments, emergency management.

■ Product quality: audits, product approvals, certificates and reports.

■ Specific training for product engineering our customers.
